Nikki has 15 years' experience in recruitment and has developed an excellent reputation for attracting calibre respondents with outstanding show rates. Nikki directs a network of managers / fieldworkers / recruiters across the UK and personally oversees each project using her experience to circumvent any recruitment issues.

Len has over 20 years experience in senior positions in marketing and retail. He specialises in high level recruitment, list work, data reporting and logistics.

Both are IQCS trained recruiters and members of MRS and AQR.
